The form specifies the whole course fee; demand draught payments should be made payable in New Delhi with “WAR Academy” as the beneficiary Once a fee has been paid, it is never refundable. The fee, however, may only be repaid in the event that “WAR Academy” is unable to begin a Course (not applicable for unavoidable instances). A fortnight’s delay in the start of class is not regarded as a failure to begin.
